Tailored for start-ups in operation for less than 3 years, the Start-Up Tier facilitates early-stage companies' entry into the Web3 community with an annual membership fee of HK$10,000. It offers critical networking, advocacy initiatives, and learning opportunities. Membership includes access to all general events and publications, with one delegate for association membership, making it a vital stepping stone for future leaders of the decentralized internet.

Membership Refund Policy

Please note that membership is renewable annually. If a member wishes to terminate their membership, they may do so by giving notice in writing at least one (1) month prior to the end of the active membership year. In general, no refund will be available for membership fees already paid if termination occurs part way through a membership year.

Members agree to sign up to and comply with, the Association’s Code of Conduct available at www.web3harbour.org. The Association's Board and Advisory Committee reserve the right to terminate the membership of any member with immediate effect by giving written notice to that member.
